Recently, I had the privilege of receiving a great toddler t-shirt from Anise Mouette for my daughter, Erikka. Check out this great retro image -- called Super Trike -- which is Anise Stevens’ own original design. These t-shirts are ultra cool. I chose this design because it reminded me of the big wheel my cousins and I used to ride on when we were young-uns. In fact, I got all nostalgic when I saw it. I have some fun memories of those summers from my past and this tee inspired a smile.
The Super Trike t-shirt is highly creative, full of fun, and the color transfer is quite vibrant. I was worried about washing the shirt and losing some of the vibrant color; however, when I followed her directions (wash in cold, inside out), it experienced no color fade. It looked as good as new, in fact.
You can find more unique baby and toddler t-shirts at Anise Mouette and also at Etsy. You may be surprised to know that Anise draws all her own designs and then digitally enhances them before they are transferred to her t-shirts. .jpg)
All of Anise Mouette’s baby and toddler t-shirts are 100 percent cotton, jersey knit with a ribbed crew neck and double stitched bottom hem and sleeves. All t-shirts are pre-washed and therefore, pre-shrunk.
It is highly recommended that you order a size or two larger than what your baby or toddler is currently wearing. The t-shirts run a little small. If you’re like me, and you’d like to have your fast-growing cutie wear his/her tee for more than one summer, order up. Of course, you can always go back and order more if he or she grows out of the tee! The prices of the t-shirts are very reasonable and affordable.
Matching Totes
If you're looking for a tote bag for books, groceries, diapers or more, Anise Mouette also carries matching totes.
Helping Moms in Need With Every Purchase
Another great reason to order your child’s t-shirts through Anise Mouette (besides receiving a unique-one-of-a-kind design) is that she takes a portion of all her sales and purchases baby formula, which is then donated and distributed to moms in need through Foothill Unity Center in Pasadena, California. This is a great cause. Baby formula is quite expensive and can be priced out of reach for many moms who are unable to breastfeed.
If you’re interested in donating separately from purchasing a t-shirt, Anise Mouette also takes direct donations through Paypal.
