From Frumpy to Hot in Five Minutes--Wear Nice Underwear, Mama!

Ditch those baggy white cotton briefs and that uni-boob producing sports bra, mamas!

It's a quick fix that many take for granted, but if you ever feel a little down about life, putting on lingerie (whether you are a black french lace or a bright, polka-dot satin kind of girl) can transform your mood instantly. A push-up bra can hoist your spirits as fast as it hoists your girls-don't bother saving it for a "special" occasion. I hate to sound trite, but Carpe Diem!

And don't try to pull that "I'm nursing/pregnant" excuse, either. It won't fly around here. Even Victoria's Secret makes nursing bras, and several maternity clothing lines now offer very attractive, comfortable alternatives to your standard super-breast-flattening-feat: the white (but yellowing) cotton sports bra.

While you're at it, throw "practicality" out and grab some fun undies. To switch up your style, for you high-cut brief kind of girls, try out a boyshort or a low-cut brief to add a little spice without sacrificing the coverage you crave. Bikini devotees might find a new look in a "cheeky" style panty or hiphuggers. As far as the thong crowd goes, well, all I can say is that I envy you. And, if you wouldn't mind sharing how you manage to wear them without getting a wedgie, I'd greatly appreciate the advice.
